Terms of Service
- iForgot keeps a private copy of what you like and save.
- The terms of the apps you connect still apply to you.
- Plus and Pro are bought and cancelled through the App Store.
These terms are the agreement between you and iForgot for the iPhone app, the web app at app.iforgot.ai and this site. By using iForgot, you agree to them.
Using iForgot
iForgot keeps the posts you like or save on the apps you connect in one private library, so you can find them again. It’s for your own personal use.
You need to be old enough to use the apps you connect, and you’re responsible for keeping your iForgot account secure. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Your accounts on other apps
When you connect an app, you sign in to your own account on it, and that app’s terms still apply to you. iForgot only reads your likes and saves; it never posts or acts for you.
Apps can sign you out or limit access at any time. When that happens, sync for that app pauses until you sign in again. We can’t promise that every app will stay available.
Posts belong to the people who made them. iForgot keeps a copy for you to find again, not to publish or share.
Plans and the App Store
Syncing needs a plan: iForgot Plus, $79.99 a year or $9.99 a month, or iForgot Pro, $199.99 a year or $24.99 a month. These are US prices; the App Store shows the price for your country. Plus starts with a free trial: 7 days free (150 credits), then $79.99/year or $9.99/month.
- Plans are bought only in the iPhone app, through the App Store. Apple’s terms apply to the payment.
- A plan renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple account’s subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Each plan comes with credits every month: 400 on Plus, 1,700 on Pro. Credits are used only when iForgot processes a new like or save. They reset on your billing day and don’t carry over.
- If your credits run out, new likes and saves wait until they reset. Everything already in iForgot keeps working.
- When your plan ends, sync pauses and agents can’t reach your library. Everything already synced stays readable.
Agents
You can connect agents, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your iForgot library.
- While you’re connected, an agent gets read-only access to your library: it can search and open your posts, never change them.
- You choose which agents to connect. Each agent’s provider has its own terms, and they apply to your use of that agent.
- We may limit or suspend agent access to protect the service, for example with rate limits or when we see abuse.
- Agents are included with Plus and Pro at no extra cost. They don’t use credits.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- connect accounts that aren’t yours;
- use iForgot to break the law or anyone’s rights;
- try to break, overload or copy iForgot, or get around its limits;
- resell iForgot or share your account.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time: in Settings, open Account, then Delete account. This deletes your account and everything synced. It doesn’t cancel your plan; cancel that in your Apple account too.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When we can, we’ll tell you why first.
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change applies.
