What are credits?
iForgot uses credits when it reads, tags and indexes a new like or save: about 1.5 each, more for long videos. Browsing, searching and asking your agents never use credits. Credits reset every month on your billing day and don’t carry over.
What if I run out?
New likes and saves still arrive. They wait until your credits reset, then iForgot catches up. On Plus, you can also move to Pro. Everything already in iForgot keeps working.
How does the free trial work?
Plus comes with 7 days free and 150 credits, about 100 new saves. After that it’s $79.99/year or $9.99/month, unless you cancel. If the trial credits run out sooner, new saves wait until Plus starts, or you can move to Pro right away. Pro has no free trial.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose iForgot. Cancel at least a day before it renews.
What happens when my plan ends?
Nothing new comes in, and agents can’t reach your library. Everything already in iForgot stays readable, on your iPhone and on the web.
Can I pay on the web?
No. Plus and Pro are sold only in the iPhone app, through the App Store. The web app uses the same account.
