How can we help?
Common questions
That app signed you out, which apps do now and then. Sync for it pauses, and everything already synced stays readable. Sign in again in Connected accounts and sync picks up where it stopped.
You connect each app by signing in to your own account there, which allows iForgot to access it. iForgot then saves your likes and saves, with their images and video covers, into your library, as you choose. It reads only your own likes and saves, and iForgot isn’t affiliated with these apps.
iForgot checks each app a few times a day, so a new like or save can take a few hours to show up. If your credits have run out, new ones wait until your credits reset, then iForgot catches up.
No. When you connect an app, your password is used only to sign you in there. iForgot never keeps it.
Open Agents in iForgot’s settings, on your iPhone or on the web, and pick your agent. Each way ends the same: sign in to iForgot and choose Allow. Agents need Plus or Pro. Steps for every agent are on the Agents page.
No. What’s in iForgot stays, even if you unlike or unsave it later. To remove a post, delete it in iForgot. That doesn’t change anything in the app.
No. Plus and Pro are sold only in the iPhone app, through the App Store. The web app uses the same account.
In the iPhone app or on the web, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This deletes your account and everything synced. It doesn’t cancel your plan, so cancel that in the App Store first.
